After years of traveling the world and working in different studios and environments, we were struck by one major thing: everyone has more or less the same gear. we could be sitting in a studio in downtown Stockholm or in the middle of Shanghai, and just by looking at the gear you would have no idea where you were – because it’s all the same! to us, that is not what traveling, or recording in another country, is all about.

Part of our vision is to create new opportunities. and the only way to create new opportunities is to do something no one has done before. #recordingwagon is our way of doing something new. our studio is state of the art, although that isn’t the ultimate point. sure, great gear can make your life easier, but making great music isn’t necessarily about who has the best hardware – our philosophy is about creating something amazing with what you have, no matter where you are. and, being a wagon, it’s portable. we are not limited to any four walls on the planet – if we need new inspiration we simply move our facilities to the best suitable area. creating and recording music will never be the same again.
With a portable recording studio (wagon) comes a portable lifestyle, the remote lifestyle. with a potential to new surroundings every morning we can create music with fresh inspiration everyday – such as taking in energy from a waterfall in the background, or from a passerby just having a coffee with us out of curiosity. all of these things contribute to the creative outlet.
